These protein balls are perfect for a pre-workout snack, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a healthy dessert. They're easy to make, portable, and packed with nutrients to keep you fueled and satisfied. Plus, they're a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without loading up on sugar and unhealthy fats.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3.5 scoops (1 sachet) PREPD Prime Vanilla
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2-8 tsp water
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, PREPD Prime Vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips (if using).
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until everything is well combined.
  3. Gradually add water one teaspoon at a time, and mix well after each addition. Keep adding water until the mixture comes together and can be rolled into balls.
  4. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Place the balls on a plate and repeat until all of the mixture has been used up.
  6. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. The protein balls can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
